From June to December, 2023
We were pleased to have French student Lucile intern with us for seven months as an assistant
to the export sales manager. Along with learning about the role of an export sales assistant, she also got insight into the business culture of Vietnam.
She said as follows: "Apart from the work itself, I really enjoyed the teamwork spirit there.
The business culture in Vietnam is pretty different from France and since my first day, I really felt we were like a big family."

Our fire safety training makes sure that every member of our team actively contributes to keeping a safe and resilient work environment, preventing any fire threats. The goal of this training is to give our employees the information and abilities they need to properly handle
fire-related events. It guarantees that throughout their regular activities, they recognize possible sources of ignition, stay out of hazardous zones, choose the best escape route, and
assemble in a safe location. Additionally, workers received training on how to use fire safety equipment, enabling them to react to emergencies quickly and effectively.

After a Safety Traning for our workers, we invited all leaders to practice about first aid. They learnt about how to react facing risky situation, cardiac resuscitation, and to bandage all over the body. Thanks to this class, they are now able to provide first aid to their co-workers.

Safety at our workplace is our first priority, we invited our people for a safety training where they learned about first aid. The purpose of this course was teaching them how to identify, prevent, report, and address workplace incidents.
